RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do not accept returns or refunds for the products purchased. However, exchanges can be made within 4 days of receiving your purchase.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Our policy lasts 4 days. If 4 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If there is any indication of the item being used, we will not be able to process an exchange. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at sales@himma-sisters.com or DM us on Instagram for exchange requests. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your new item will be delivered in 3-5 working days.
